Delivery outside the Netherlands
All machines are Ex-Works, unless otherwise stated. We LOAD all our machines ourselves to ensure they are secure for onward transit.
We can however provide full freight forwarding facilities via a number of reliable shipping agents, including legal documentation, packaging and crating for one off items up to the loading of 40ft containers.
Delivery in the Netherlands
We LOAD all our machines to ensure that your machine is secure whilst in transit.
Most machines are available on a 2-3 day pallet service in The Netherlands.
Parcels under 25kg are delivered on a next day service.
Machines can also be collected from our warehouse in Oud-Gastel, once payment has been received.
Overhauling Process
- Thorough check of the machine to identify any faults
- The removal of damaged wiring and electrical components and parts
- Testing the mechanical operation of the components, such as bearings, shafts, steel wheels, rubber wheels, hoses, piping, seals, belts, guides, etc
- Dismantle ready for stripping paintwork
- Removing of damaged and worn mechanical parts such as bearings, shafts, wheels, hoses, belts and hoses etc…
- Sanding and prepare the surface for primer coat.
- Repainting and spraying. The standard colour is applied, but a different RAL colour or textured paint can also be chosen.
- Reassemble and re-fit new parts and components.
- Testing the equipment comprehensively to apply power / load test / weld test or function test as required.
- Photos and videos prepared for customer approval prior to despatch.
The entire refurbishment process is carried out only by our own professionals. With our extensive knowledge of all types of brands and models of welding machinery, manipulation equipment, plus our huge range of spare parts, we are able to refurbish the majority of equipment that we supply.
Each machine will have a minimum of 2 months Parts and Labour warranty and any new parts or electrical components will have 12 months warranty as standard.
Payment terms
All equipment is sold Ex-Works, Oud-Gastel, Netherlands unless otherwise stated.
All prices are net Euro and exclusive of VAT.
We accept payment by Cash, Bank Transfer, Card Payment or PayPal.
We can invoice and accept payments in Euro or USD.
Delivery dates quoted are subject to receipt of full payment.

Warranty
We are not restricted to any one brand of Welding Machine.
All our machines are fully serviced before despatch. If necessary, machines can also be refurbished and painted in RAL colours.
Unless otherwise stated, have a minimum of 2 months parts and labour warranty.
Warranty is based on return to site basis.
Please note: All consumables such as torches and accessories only carry the standard 2 month manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty Package
Every machine Euroweld supply is considered special.
Used equipment is often unique with bespoke features added or available as an option.
What does the warranty include?
WARRANTY
- Fully Serviced
All machines sold have been run, checked and tested.
They are supplied fully working.
These are covered by our 2 months “Peace of Mind” warranty for parts and labour.
Machines will be required to be returned to our works at your cost.
- Refurbished
All machines sold, if needed, will have paint work re-sprayed.
All machines are run, checked and tested.
Any wearing parts will be replaced if the engineer feels it necessary.
These are covered by our 4 months “Peace of Mind” warranty for parts and labour.
Machines will be required to be returned to our works at your cost.
Some equipment will be supplied with longer warranty periods if new electrical components have been replaced. Please see your quote for specific warranty of individual machines.
Depending on the location and size of the machine, often our engineers can visit on a call-out basis. This will be discussed in the initial conversation if feasible.
Please note. If the fault is found to be due to the installation or of the operator our normal hourly repair rate will apply for both travel and labour.

Extended Warranty
As a flexible company we realise our customers’ needs are often varied. Therefore, we are happy to quote you the cost for up to 12 months parts and labour warranty to cover your equipment. Further details on request.
International Warranty Support
As a Global welding equipment suppliers we will ensure that on despatch your machine is fully working and has been through a rigorous testing procedure. We will honour our 2 months “Peace of Mind” Warranty on all machines, however we are not responsible for any freight costs to and from our works to repair faulty equipment.
Please note:
Returns for other reasons than under warranty are only be possible if authorised.
Due to machines being completed to order there will be a minimum of a 25% re-stocking fee. All new consumables including torches have only a 2 month manufacturer’s warranty. If you require any more information please give us a call. We can reassure you every step of the way of your investment.
